Every printed order is made to order in the USA and ships free. Here's what to expect.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every printed order. You won't see a shipping charge at checkout.

Desk mats and mouse pads ship to US addresses only, by USPS Priority Mail. Shirts, mugs, phone cases and posters ship to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.

Checking your design before it prints

Desk mats and mouse pads: we check every print file before it prints. You don't need to approve anything. Your order usually goes to print within a day of ordering.

Shirts, mugs, phone cases and posters: we email you a proof before we print. Approve it from the email. If we haven't heard from you 48 hours after we send it, we print it as shown so your order doesn't stall.

Printing and delivery times

Desk mats and mouse pads take about five days to print and usually arrive 7–10 days after you order.

Shirts, mugs, phone cases and posters take about 2–4 business days to print and usually arrive in the US within 5–8 business days of ordering. Orders to Canada, the UK and Australia take longer, and the recipient pays any import taxes or duties charged on arrival.

Busy seasons can add a few days.

Tracking & delivery

When your order ships, we email you the tracking link. Please check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect address, and we can't control carrier delays from weather, customs or other events outside our control.
