Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about making your own custom merch with SizzlePop.

Is SizzlePop free?

Yes. Generating designs is free with no signup to start — free drafts are watermarked 512px previews. You only pay for the clean, hi-res file ($9) or a printed product, and both are always watermark-free.

Do I need design skills or software?

No. You describe what you want in plain English and the AI produces the artwork. Refine it by editing your description — no Photoshop or design experience needed.

What products can I put my design on?

T-shirts, mugs, phone cases, and posters — design once and drop it onto any of them. You can also download the print-ready file and use it on anything you like, from stickers to a framed print.

Can I make it as a gift?

Absolutely — that's what most people use SizzlePop for. Personalize a design with a name, date, or inside joke, then order it printed and shipped, or grab the file to print locally if you need it in a hurry.

How do I get a design printed?

Download your print-ready file and order it on the product you want — we handle printing and shipping — or take the file to any print-on-demand service you like. Before we print, we email you a proof to approve, so there are no surprises (we auto-proceed after 48 hours so your order never stalls).

How long until my order arrives?

Everything is made to order and printed in the USA. Most orders are produced in about 2–4 business days and arrive within roughly 5–8 business days of ordering — with free shipping. You get tracking by email when it ships. (Need it fast for a gift? Message us before ordering.)

What if there's a problem with my order?

Just email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of you. Every item is made to order, so there's nothing to mail back.

Will it look like the preview?

Yes — the on-screen mockup shows your design placed and colored the way it prints, at high resolution. Pick a garment color that makes your design pop (the preview updates live), and what you see is what ships.

How do I get readable text on a design?

Put the exact words in quotes in your prompt, keep the phrase short, and use print-ready mode, which is tuned for clean, legible type.

What AI does SizzlePop use?

SizzlePop automatically routes your request to the best model for the job — a fast option for quick drafts and a higher-quality option for print-ready output with clean text and transparent backgrounds. You always get the right tool without choosing one.

Who owns the designs I create?

You do. Everything you generate is yours to keep, print, and use however you like. (As with any AI art, avoid prompting for trademarked logos or characters.)
