Your designs are yours
Last updated: June 2026 · plain-English summary, then the details.
The short version
Whatever you make on SizzlePop is yours to keep — print it, frame it, gift it, put it on your stuff, however you like. Free previews carry a light watermark, but every file you buy is clean — and we never claim your work either way. Just don't generate someone else's trademark or copyrighted character and pass it off as your own.
Free save vs. the $9 file
Both are yours — the difference is the file itself. A free save is the standard-resolution image you generated. The $9 print-ready file is the production-grade export — high resolution (≈4000px, ~300 DPI), transparent PNG, color-accurate — so it prints crisp at any size, on anything. You're not paying for "rights," you're paying for the better file.
Can I use it commercially?
Yes — the AI models behind SizzlePop allow commercial use of what they generate, so you're free to use your designs however you want. That said, SizzlePop is built for making things you love, not for running a store. One honest heads-up: under current U.S. guidance, purely AI-generated images generally can't be copyrighted, so your design isn't exclusive — someone else could prompt something similar. If you need a truly one-of-a-kind piece, customize it heavily.
Please don't
- Generate designs that infringe a third party's trademark, copyright, or likeness (brand logos, sports teams, cartoon characters, celebrities). As with any AI art tool, that's on you, the creator.
- Resell or redistribute the SizzlePop generator/service itself.
- Use the service to create unlawful, hateful, or infringing content (see our Terms).
